This was one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed at. Had an amazing time at santani! The food, the views, the room, the spa - everything is perfect and you leave totally relaxed. The service is really personal and authentic. As the hotel has only a couple of rooms, the staff really knows you already on day one. As there is no reception area, you will be invited into a WhatsApp group where you can communicate all the things you need. Never had this before and really loved it as it was so easy! Food is just really, really delicious and they give you options and always make variations in case you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. The hotel is located in the hills with a rocky road around 1,5hrs of Kandy. Absolutely perfect for relaxation but too far out if you would like to explore the area. We would definitely recommend staying at Santani for a wellness retreat and to escape busy everyday life. Looking forward to hopefully be back soon!

I stayed for 3 nights in santani which was really wonderful and amazing The food was outstanding, both in flavor and presentation – every dish felt like a treat. Spa concept is so nice as well as the service I stayed in mountain view chalet which i like more than garden view ( its more for people who like wildlife) There are also so many activities to do The only things I didn’t love were the lack of bathroom privacy ( no door) Also, I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring chalet which slightly disrupted Still, overall it was a truly amazing stay and I’d happily recommend Santani to anyone looking for a peaceful wellness retreat
