Beautiful hotels with views of the sea. Staff were very friendly upon check in and we were given keys to our room on the 8th Floor. Rooms were bright and modern, as you can see, with great views of the sea. I’d definitely stay here as you are near Plaza Italia with plenty of bars and restaurants. Plus you are less than 5 mins from El Sardinero beach and the promenade.
Business hotel a short walk from the beach. Came for a football trip to Bilbao. Well looked after, lovely & helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Only downside was the beds weren't particularly comfortable.
Hotel room was dirty, full of dust, it was clearly not cleaned properly in weeks. The bathroom had other guests’ hair all over the place, in the shower, on the toilet seat, etc. It was a very disappointing stay considering the room was almost 200€ per night.
