Great hotel in good location with secure parking. Only stayed one night but found it very comfortable. Drinks were good value too.

The hotel seems to be stuck in another decade, with its old furniture, an uncomfortable mattress, and a very basic breakfast with limited options. The retro decor might not appeal to everyone, as the furniture shows its age and lacks the comfort modern guests might expect. The mattress was of poor quality, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast offered was quite disappointing, with a lack of variety and poorly prepared items. Overall, while the hotel has a nostalgic charm, it could greatly benefit from updates and improvements in both its accommodations and breakfast offerings.

Once I saw the tired sign outside I imagine in its day this was a splendours place Hotel rooms are stuck in a time warp with carpets and bed covers , the bathroom was poor lit and some bulbs did not work . Hand soap was made in China and very poor quality. Breakfast was disappointing with very little choice and quality of the meat cuts and cheese was poor Staff were friendly and on hand when required
