Santiburi Koh Samui

Fantastic staff made our hols amazing. Junior in the lounge serving delicious drinks, Pop the chef taught us great cooking skills, the pool staff were so helpful and efficient. And everyone else too were so good. The villa was extremely comfortable and all the activities inside and outside the complex were organised for us so we didn't have to worry about anything. Loved it and will definitely come back as there is so much to do we haven't tried yet!

What an amazing place. We made such wonderful memories here. We got married here in March and it was the best location to have a wedding at. The wedding group rates offered were really good too. We got upgraded to a beachfront villa with a plunge pool room 310. Such a beautiful villa. Huge and the best view straight out to the beach. Buggy’s available around the resort too. The gardens are stunning, every villa feels private and there is so much wildlife along the river that runs through the property too and the ponds with stunning flowers as well. Great kids club. Huge pool- the could even cool it a but during summer. Great cocktails. The breakfast was so delicious and fresh. The garden around it looks straight out of avatar. The Len spa was magical and so relaxing. They have beautiful birds in the trees there too. The beach house restaurant was fabulous. Incredible buffets with fire shows and dancers, right on the beach. Our wedding was fabulous on the beach, and at the beach house restaurant. We would have loved for it to go later past 11.30pm, everyone was loving their time so much. Thank you for the lovely gift bag and teddy bears for our kids too. Just a brilliant place. All flat too. We will be back!

Disappointing for the price. The Santiburi looks impressive on the surface, but the overall experience didn’t justify the cost. Staff interactions felt more transactional than welcoming, with prices often more than double compared to elsewhere on the island. More concerning, my wedding ring was stolen from the room while it was closed. The hotel declined all responsibility, even though I had only left it out briefly. For a property branded as Michelin-recommended and charging over $1,000 per night, I expected far higher standards of accountability and hospitality. Overall, a nice setting but not the level of service or trust one should find at this price point.
