Santika Premiere Hotel Garut

My friend lives in Garut, so I visited this hotel and stayed for 3 nights. Clean rooms. A nice swimming pool with warm hot water. The kind service of the employees. Delicious food. Everything was a very satisfying experience. Among them, I will never forget the kindness of the female employees (MONICA) and (KHALID). If I visit Garut next time, I will definitely stay at the hotel here.

The location couldn’t have been better, and I was lucky enough to get a room with a stunning mountain view. Waking up to such scenery was a delight, and the room itself was spotless and cozy, providing the perfect place to relax. What really stood out during my stay was the warm and attentive service. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and professional, but a special shoutout goes to Mas Samsul (apologies if I misspelled the name), who went the extra mile to ensure we were well taken care of. His hospitality made a lasting impression on us. Our time at Hotel Santika was genuinely enjoyable, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. It’s a wonderful place for families or anyone in need of a peaceful retreat. We left with happy hearts and full of great memories. One of the most unforgettable parts of our stay was the breakfast. The variety was impressive, everything tasted fresh and delicious, but what made it truly special was the view. Imagine savoring your morning meal while gazing at majestic mountains, lush rice fields, and even watching a buffalo plowing the land — such a unique and beautiful experience! I like this hotel, the rooms are clean and the view is beautiful. The service is also good and the staff are friendly. However, the check-in process needs to be faster to prevent guests from crowding and waiting too long. It seems the hotel should have a rule for guests to dry themselves off before returning to their rooms after swimming. The hotel hallways and elevators were very wet because many people walked back to their rooms fully dressed but still wet.
