Santika Premiere Kota Harapan Indah

The location is in Kota Harapan Indah Bekasi. Where the area is spacious with a hotel that looks magnificent. The parking lot is also spacious and can accommodate many cars. We attended a wedding reception at the function room. The room is spacious and long, with beautiful decoration and lighting arrangements. So it can accommodate many people including a stage for bands & singers, lots of food and drink stands. For the overall taste, it's good, hotel standard with lots of good food variations. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I am leaving this review a little late considering I have been here both in January and April of this year. I found this hotel to be perfect! Spacious and clean rooms, delicious food, and high level of service. What impressed me most about the service was the fact that when I asked for coconut even though it was not on the menu, they made sure to give it to me not only the day I asked for it but for my entire stay at Santika.... This for me is passion for your work and respect for the customer.... Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

Its a nice hotel but its also really old, the room i was staying in was decent, the sofa didnt have neither pillows nor armrests, the view was.. questionable, there was a building with a broken roof? 🤔.. aside from that, the service is good, very kind hotel staff with greet you with a smile. Location is OK, its a bit far from literally anything 😅. Swimming pool is really big, and theres a play place for children, really creative. Yesterday morning i tried breakfast here, i grabbed the hashbrowns, and wow, it was so dry.. really hope they'll improve those! But atleast, the sunny side up was good when i added salt to it. But 1 more REALLY noteable thing, the WIFI is so slow, sending a message on whatsapp to my family members would take 1 minute or so :(.. Besides all the things it has to improve, i enjoyed my stay most of the time.. Should try!
