I’ve come here for longer stays 2-3 times and I absolutely love it. The staff goes above and beyond to make it feel like home. Luis at the front desk, Jordan in the restaurant, Maria at the bar, and the lovely ladies in the lounge. I cannot say enough about the staff overall. I come here for business with a coworker. When they saw me alone during my last visit, they were quick to offer me recommendations of solo activities. Some restaurant double charged me for my meal trying to take advantage of an American.. Luis at the front desk asked me to email him my receipt and he would follow up on my behalf to ensure they made things right. Like I literally cannot say enough about the staff here. They make the hotel a great experience. I definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for always taking such good care of me!

My experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing and disrespectful from start to finish. When we were seated, it felt like my partner and I were completely invisible. We never received any water, even though every other table was served a drink shortly after sitting down. This isn't a self-service restaurant, and it was frustrating to see others taken care of while we were completely ignored. I even had to get up and get my own drink, yet water was never offered. The most shocking part of our meal was the complete lack of respect and organization from the kitchen staff. I ordered two omelettes, one for myself and one for my partner. After waiting about five minutes, a new couple walked up and asked for our food. The cook, without a second thought, gave them our omelettes. When I called him out on it, he just looked at me with a surprised and scared expression, mumbled "one momento," and walked away. After waiting for our new omelettes, the disrespect continued. When we were finished, we made eye contact with a staff member to ask for the bill. They just smiled at us and walked away. After a long wait with no one coming back, we finally decided to just leave. The complete lack of respect and customer service from the moment we walked in ruined what should have been a nice day. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The breakfast food at Mo’orea restaurant was decent, but the service was lacking. We sat down at a table and received no service—no water, no coffee, nothing. When we entered the restaurant, we were not greeted, and we had to find a seat ourselves. Despite there being five waitstaff on-site, we felt like it was a self-service experience. Additionally, no one in the restaurant spoke English. I am on vacation in the country for a few days and am learning some basic Spanish, though my skills are limited. Overall, the food was great, but the service was absent and we felt completely ignored, which was quite strange.
