An Unforgettable Stay at Santo Mauro! From the moment we arrived, Santo Mauro exceeded every expectation. The resort is absolutely stunning — a true oasis in the heart of Madrid, blending timeless elegance with luxurious comfort. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the interiors are tastefully appointed, and every detail felt curated to perfection. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible service — especially from Victoria Aragoncillo in Guest Relations. Victoria went above and beyond to ensure our experience was not just wonderful, but extraordinary. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel like cherished guests rather than just visitors. She added such a personal touch to our trip and made everything feel even more special. We can’t wait to return, and we’ll definitely be telling our friends and family that Santo Mauro — and Victoria — are the absolute best in Madrid!
Great 5-star hotel. My room and bathroom were exceptionally small . Should ask for a large room , same rates! Staff are all wonderful and friendly. Highly recommend
One of the most beautiful interiors of any city hotel. Breakfast could have been marginally better for the price, but the setting and staff make up for it.
