I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. Reception desk made sure that I feel comfortable and happy during the entire stay at the hotel. I absolutely loved this hotel, clean, tidy, well maintained pool area was nice and clean, views from the pool nice, easy to get to everything. The waiting on staff were helpful. The receptionist was lovely she was so helpful and pointed out all the places of interest on the map, she anticipated where I would go and how to get there. Friendly service and support by all staff. Thank you to everyone for making my holiday super enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, see you all soon I will be back. ..

Spent 2 weeks here, FYI we were in room 322, views over sea and pool area, convenient for breakfast and walking to town of fira, about 5min walk. Rooms are basic but clean, had to ask for iron. Tea and coffee making facilities there, wee safe, fridge, shampoo etc. Bed was comfortable and place very quiet.
