The place is very well located, it is a small apartment but it has a kitchen, a room with a 1.35 bed, a sofa bed, the bathroom is very small, the room is dirty, the bed is super uncomfortable, the springs stick into your body. The truth is that I consider that when you are looking for a place the most important thing is to have a comfortable bed to rest in, I hope they improve it and that they put a clean mattress in conditions to sleep well, since the customer service issue has not been solved for us. stay
The worst accommodation I have ever been in in my life. And on top of that, they have the nerve to sell it as a 4-star apartment... they have a nose. The area in which it is located is a picturesque neighborhood that, well, you may like it more or less, it has the charm of a traditional Lisbon neighborhood with all its essence. So far we are fine, now what these people call an apartment in a ground floor (who knows what it really was) from which they pulled out an apartment that I don't even know how it is allowed to be a tourist apartment. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a cockroach walking on the floor of quite a considerable size, with a smell of dirt and humidity. The TV and router cables are all lying on the floor, an oculus hanging from the cable falling off the floor. A sofa bed full of lamps for which they DO NOT provide sheets, meaning that if three people go like we were, some will be left without sheets and without toilet towels). The double bed, apart from having a mattress from the 50s, is full of welts of dirt and the springs dig into the body one by one. The kitchen and bathroom faucets are loose in such a way that when you want to turn them on you have to hold them because otherwise you will be left with them in your hands. In the shower, a person who is 1.70 meters tall has to bend down because they can't get in standing up and if they want to turn around they hit the walls or worse, the curtain, which is really disgusting. The floor, which is supposed to be a platform, is full of scratches....But the worst thing is that you call to at least provide you with some sheets to sleep on and they keep telling you lies about what is going to happen, that they are going to solve it and the days go by and nothing.
A real dungeon, as soon as a cockroach entered through the floor we already anticipated what we were going to find, a bed so to speak, destroyed, the springs dig into you more than if you slept on the cobblestone sidewalk of Lisbon. You have to make bobbin lace in the bathroom to move around, the rest is dirty and full of damage, a shame that companies with the prestige of El Corte Inglés send you to a place like that.
