Good value for money. Convenient for stay with a small child. Area is green, staff is friendly, food is nice. Accessibility to the thermal baths is a top benefit. Very much recommended for families.
This wonderful spa hotel is the best option for enjoying the hot springs and sauna offered. We did not try the massage but all the rest is absolutely recommended. An unexpected surprise was the great ala carte cuisine. PS: dogs are welcome!
Service comment: room service, reception and pool were excellent. As for the restaurant, it was in a word a disaster. We have been going to the hotel for over five years, usually twice a year. We had paid for all inclusive light meals. The quality of the food was much worse than in the past, the portions half the size. But what was the worst was that with four small children we were forced to wait 50 minutes for food the second evening, and "only" 40 minutes the third evening after an emergency. The hotel management correctly guessed that we would have a problem paying in full for such a service. Apparently, this is why, unlike in the past, we were forced to pay for the entire stay immediately upon arrival - a strange practice for a four star hotel.
