The hotel was in a great location, central to restaurants, cafes, marts, shops and a short walk to the beach. Rooms were a little tired, but clean, and for the price, it was absolutely fine. The bathroom was open plan but had privacy doors on the shower and the toilet. There was quite a good variety for breakfast and the area looked out to the pool. Staff were lovely.
Booked a week here with family and friends, July 2025. Location in Sanur is fantastic, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel has a fantastic pool which was great for kids and adults, buffet breakfast was enjoyable and offered a very good range of food. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some of the rooms we had required some minor maintenance (loose tiles in bathroom, some mould in shower area) but overall the rooms were very nice and comfortable. One thing to be aware of when booking through official resort website - i booked 3 different rooms for 2 adults and 1 child, when booking i could not find any option for an extra bed for the children so wrongly assumed that the bedding would be sufficient. When we arrived we were informed that we had not selected an extra bed and there were none available. As a result 3 kids had to sleep on small day beds in the rooms. I have checked the website since and still can't locate an option to select an extra bed, so make sure you request one in the 'additional comments' section.
Our Room 8307 - Ah, nothing quite sets the tone for a luxury stay like walking into your deluxe king room and being greeted by the unmistakable aroma of damp. Add in suspiciously soft floorboards and a puddle forming around the toilet like it’s trying to join the pool scene, and you’ve got the full “tropical mystery” package. The room came with an enclosed balcony—which sounds great until you realize only one tiny window opens. The view? A lush canopy of trees… and the rooftop below, dotted with a charming collection of cigarette butts from past guests who apparently couldn’t wait to share. Also not what was advertised. See photos The king-size bed was firm but had clearly clocked some serious mileage. It looked like it hadn’t been updated since the resort opened, but there was a brave little mattress protector doing its best to hold the line between us and whatever stories that mattress could tell. Now, outside the room, things look up. The resort itself is grand, the staff are genuinely lovely, and the two massive pools cater to all ages—kiddie-friendly on one end, and a swim-up bar for the adults who deserve a drink (or five). Breakfast was a real highlight, with options for every kind of appetite—even the “I just want to eat my feelings” kind. The location is also great—right on a lively street packed with restaurants and bars, perfect for grabbing a bite, a drink, or simply staying out long enough to forget the room situation.
