The hotel does not qualify as 4* by any standards. The rooms seem clean at first glance, but the floors are not washed at all. When cleaning, they only change the towels and make the bed, the rest remains. garbage, dirty cups. I spilled some coffee - the stain remained there until I wiped it off myself. There is no refrigerator, no minibar either. but for some reason they take a deposit upon entry. There is no massage, there is no swimming pool in the hotel, why it is a spa is also unclear. breakfasts are disgusting. The food is exclusively Chinese, even our local tour guide said there was nothing to eat. the staff is rude and unresponsive. pretends that they don’t understand anything or gives false information. I highly do not recommend it. It is located quite far from civilization, there are no cafes or shops nearby, you need to walk at least 20 minutes to get to everything.
