Great location right at the beautiful beach! Great customer service! We have happy-hour drinks at the lounge cafe every night of our 4-night stay enjoying the beautiful scenery. Special thanks to GM Edmund Ko for his hospitality, making his hotel guests feel so well taken care of. Also, we want to express our utmost appreciation to Jack at the concierge for always watching out for us and our needs, including giving sound recommendations on places to visit based on our interests, arranging the right transport for us, advising the right time to depart for the train station considering the festival season etc. We have observed that Jack is very diligent, a very humble and polite gentleman. Well done Edmund and team, keep it up!

Gosh people can be so critical … I have no idea why anyone could find anything wrong with this hotel. Arrival at reception was smooth, front desk was very helpful and got us into our ocean view room. Rooms themselves very clean and comfortable, absolutely loved the shower. The balcony gave us a great view of the grounds and the ocean. The pools and the beach are the star of this hotel, plenty of loungers in both spots, big fluffy towels, you can get bar and food service to any location where you’re sitting. The sand in the beach is clean and you can cover 7am from the hotel out on this long stretch of heaven. There are a couple of nice restaurants on the property, and the breakfast buffet is stocked with lots of local and western options. I’d happily come back to stay here and enjoy this great location with awesome amenities.

An outstanding resort! The rooms were comfy, the site is well maintained with an excellent pool and beach area. The staff had the best level of English we experienced in Sanya, and we were lucky enough to arrive during the members party on the lawn. This hotel has excellent WiFi - the best we had in Hainan, we were able to access YouTube! A really large breakfast spread, but also very busy!
