These hotel towers are split in about 20 separate retailers or hotels. So there is no service apart from the room. Although there was pool that could be accessed at specified times. View largely obscured by other hotel towers. It looks impressive from a distance at night.

Non-existence service standard, massive confusion by staffs (with very few exceptions) & lack of international-level service. Booking & Rooms: No clear explanation of service. I booked 2 x 2-bedroom suites. It turned out 2BR here means 2 beds in 2 rooms, with the living room double as another bedroom. Not cool. Bathroom has clear door with no lock and at entrance. Awkward if you have a guest in your room to go to toilet. Shower is a separate room by the window next to balcony. Again, clear doors so you have to close the curtains to take a shower, unless you like to exhibit yourself. Fake microwave in room not working. TV & remotes all in Chinese. NO ROOM SERVICE if you stay in Building C, only the main Building A has room service. Restaurants: Only 1 main cafe on Building A (1 out of 4 buildings) have food service. If you are hungry, you must walk. Service very slow. Food is average. Price is high. Not worth it. Check-in/out: Guest Service personnels barely speaks English. Managers cannot make simple decision & must call into somebody for simple decision-making. If you are an international travellers, do avoid this hotel.

I cannot recommend this hotel. It’s a bit far from the center. you need to get a taxi after 8 pm. The hotel isn’t that professionell as it seems on the picture and the reviews. It’s not really clean or modern. I chooses it because it was looking good and it was cheap. Now I now why. Maybe it’s just my opinion. I will post pictures in a few days. I’m still staying. Update! After few days of staying. Don’t stay here. Far from beach, disgusting breakfast, really dirty ! Better not come
