Sao Miguel Park Hotel

Rooms are clean and tidy, a whale you have to unplug the night light to put your phone charger in if you want to keep it at the bedside. There are enough sockets to charge otherwise. Staff is great! Breakfast is decent and a large enough spread. Indoor and outdoor pool, and the wellness area is adequate. Location is about 15-20 minute walk from the Marina and city centre. There's a beautiful botanical garden right around the corner. For your other needs, a shopping mall is a 10 min walk away

Stayed here on vacation for one night. The staff were very accommodating to multiple requests (storing luggage and assisting calling restaurants for a reservations). The location is great, a 12 minute walk from downtown area but in a quiet pocket of town. Walkable to the mall. The hotel itself is slightly dated (no NFC keys, bedding, and bathroom fixtures). The hotel does have two pools, but it was still too cool outside to swim in the outdoor pool. The indoor pool was very nice but the "hot tub" was kept at 90ish F (32C). This is just kind of uncomfortable to sit in. The sauna was down for maintenance as was the gym. The breakfast had a large selection, the quality was acceptable but could be better. I would be happy to return to this hotel but there are better hotels in the area for a similar price.

Really friendly staff. Especially Eduardo in the bar. Everything at the hotel needs to be reneved. There is no training room. The Pool area is fine though. The view from the rooms is very nice, but walls need painting, minibar didnt cool. Carpets needs cleaning. There is rust in the bathtub.... If you want a nice breakfast. Get up early, the assortment is very limited and they are not good at replenishing until breakfast is over. In total this hotel is not good value for money...
