I stayed at this Marriott location for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Every single staff member I encountered here were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I give extra praise to the check in desk staff, as well as the restaurant and bar staff - a true highlight to my experience. The rooms are a bit outdated, but the housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring my room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and the a/c always kept my room at the desired temperature. I had access to the executive lounge as well, and highly recommend it if available (requires booking a room on the 9th floor with executive lounge access). There was a nice variety of food options each evening during happy hour and the staff here were excellent. The airport shuttle was a nice amenity. I was picked up and dropped off on time. The pool and surrounding area was a great quiet place to relax and swim as well. Overall, I am very happy with my experience here and highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a location close to the airport or just looking for a hotel that will provide an exceptional stay.
Sao Paulo is not always an easy city to visit. I have stayed at this hotel several times - it is ideally located, the service is great, and the food is wonderful. It is convenient, and hospitable. Thank you to the team, for always making me feel welcome, on long business trips that can be grueling.
Moved out of the other Marriott to come here before the flight home. Very good choice as the hotel is only 5 mins from airport. Traffic is a freaking nightmare so I would strongly recommend somewhere close. This Marriott was nothing like the one in central São Paulo, much more standard and used for the traffic of people close to the airport. Rooms were fine but not good. Traffic outside is heavy as is the noise. Food fine but I definitely would not come out of my way if you know what I mean. Keys machine was done and so had to be accompanied to and from the room all night. It was fine. A typical airport hotel
