Sapa Freesia Hotel

All things in this hotel are really perfect and fantastic. Specially the staff...her nature is oh my god...really amazing... specially receptionist anna; she is really amazing.. friendly nature and really helpful! And room was also very good. !!

The hotel has good facilities. It is located 1km from the lake. Sa Pa is a small town so it is comfortable to just walk anywhere in the town. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We can put our luggage after check in. We booked breakfast and it was amazing. They have a good amount of options for the breakfast. Ranging from toast bread to traditional Vietnamese breakfast. With the price, I think it is a very good deal.

This is a four star hotel in a quiet part of a town abt 10-min walk away from the central. Clean spacious rooms. Basic facilities with simple coffee tea and toiletries in-room amenities. However, we were extremely disapponted with their massage services which was totally unprofessional and done by poorly trained therapists. The therapist missed out massaging the legs even though a full body massage was requested. She also has very long nails making a painful massage experience. All the while, the therapist was looking at her mobile while massaging and the phone was buzzing and flashing on the massage bed. A totally unenjoyable experience. Would not recommend.
