I had a wonderful experience at the Alfa Hotel spa thanks to Yeşim Hanım. She is truly talented and professional, and her massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session and focused on all the areas where I had tension. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Thank you, Yeşim Hanım, for your excellent care—I will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been visiting this resort over the past three years, and it’s always been a place I’ve enjoyed. In previous stays, I felt the cleanliness, service, and breakfast were stronger. The villa design remains beautiful, and the staff were as kind and welcoming as ever. This time, I found the room a bit basic, and the breakfast was quite simple. I believe with a few improvements, the experience could be brought back to the high standard I’ve come to know and love.

“Honestly, the villa felt much smaller and more cramped than expected. It was quite uncomfortable and didn’t provide a relaxing stay at all. Unfortunately, it wasn’t suitable for a comfortable experience clean . The workers are not kind all and rude way to talk with customer. This is my last visit, and their unprofessional attitude. The experience was disappointing overall.
