Sapanca Paradise

Do not book here First, reaching the place was terrible. Finding the entrance was terrible. There is no lift. I had to carry our suit cases up 2 flights of stairs. One staff member speaks english and he was there for 5 minutes only. The room, first the floor as soon as you enter the floor, is sticky and there's roaches. The towels are dirty. The bedding is dirty, and the bed is completely uncomfortable.There are no wardrobes. The bathroom smells horrible of sweage. The jacuzzi is big but unclean. The kettle does not work. The electricity shuts off from 8 am to 12pm. The view is amazing. The breakfast was okay.

As per the website photos I was expecting that I will love two night in paradise! Actually, the location is like Paradise on Earth, but the rooms are so much poor, the Jakuzi wasn’t working (before my check in the receptionist confirmed that it is working fine) the bathroom is such a disaster! The shower is not working properly abd it took around 10 mins to adjust the water. The funny part is the TV as they closed all of the series and movies channels and left only the Documentary and the News channels!! Why!!!? One of the worst experiences I have ever loved in a Turkish Hotel.. tale care before you pay a-lot of money.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! The Room has a very bad smell that wont go, jacuzzi is dirty & water is cold, the service is horrible, and highly over priced. I checked in at 2:00 pm the room wasnt ready till 3:00 pm. I checked out at 4:30 pm, and they refused to return any of my money. Please do not book here
