I recently had the pleasure of staying hotel in the stunning city of Alanya, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The hotel’s ambiance is a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Turkish hospitality. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the dining experience at the hotel’s Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere was vibrant and inviting, with colorful decor that set the perfect backdrop for a memorable evening. I was immediately impressed by the extensive menu, which featured a delightful assortment of authentic Mexican dishes.

Our stay at this hotel was not bad, but I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends and I definitely wouldn’t choose it again. We stayed with our family from May 29 to June 2, 2025. Here’s my honest opinion: Our rooms were located on the side facing awful construction work. The food—from breakfast to dinner—was completely tasteless :( The cocktails? No comment... you'd be better off drinking water. After dinner, the kitchen shuts down at lightning speed and they literally take the food away from under your hands, even though the restaurant is still full of people. A few times at the beach, our towels were taken by someone. Evening animation was very average. I was very surprised that there was no internet access in the rooms. The elevators were out of order several times during our stay. But what surprised me the most was that the refrigerators in the common areas are locked at night. I’m writing this honestly so others don’t get misled by good reviews and end up ruining their holiday.

I don’t know where to start: This is the worst experience in my life, so we booked 6 nights at this 5 star hotel, for out annual vacation. The room cards, always stop working, and you need to go to the lobby to fix that. The rooms are so small and tiny. Doesn’t have any irons or working hair dryers. The staff, except the receptionist doesn’t know English! They are very unfriendly and not professional! The barman and and staff, doesn’t know how to do a proper coffee even, worst coffee I have ever had, its better to bring a jar of coffee and add boiling water and make it in the room than drinking the one they offer. Even you ask for drinks the bar, they do it with very bad face expressions, you can feel they are not happy! The food is okay, we had not stomach pain or anything related to food, but its all same, you have 100 different things, but the good ones are 2-3 dished each day! Everything else taste same, you can’t differentiate what you are eating! The pool is always overcrowded with 1000 people in it. And much much more, if you want to have great vacation, please avoid this place!
