We stayed at this hotel in Baku for a total of three days across two visits – from June 4th to 5th and again from June 8th to 10th, 2025. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Located in a central area, it was very convenient – just a short walk to a nearby park and with a supermarket close by. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout both our stays. A special mention to the front desk managers who made us feel truly welcomed and taken care of. The food was delicious, and the room was consistently clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baku!
Had a wonderful stay at Sapphire Bayil Hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view and modern amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout. Breakfast had a good variety, though a few more vegetarian options would be great. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing location and spacious rooms. Really fantastic for a group, as all major locations are quite close by. Breakfast may not be as per expectations for Indians but they do have quite a few items. Mainly liked the rooms as they are quite spacious and the interiors are great. Suggested place for sure!
