Great place after a disgusting disaster at Balos Beach Hotel. Sapphire had wonderful staff and big apartments with huge balconies and water views. Nice pool. Delicious breakfast.very comfortable beds and a washer in the apartment. Such a happy team running the show. Only downside was a two day stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sapphire Blue Suites & Sapphire Horizon Suites. Perfectly located in Kissamos, it was a peaceful escape from the busy crowds of Chania while still being close to some of Crete’s best beaches. The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay on the west side of the island.
