Had a wonderful stay at Sapphire Inn. Requested early checkin via email and call. Initially they didnt commit as it was peak season but at the end they provided the early checkin as our flight was arriving early in the morning. We extended our stay here for another 3 days as staff was excellent. Houskeeping was also up to the mark - clean rooms and washrooms. Toiletries were well stocked every day. Provided us 4 bottles of water every day. Bed was very comfy. Extra pillow and blanket was already in the cupboard. AC worked great. Three layers of curtains provided themuch required darkness during early morning. Any issues were dealt promptly. The staff was amazing as they even helped us on our day to day visit to different areas with their honest reviews. Breakfast was the highlight as there were many options unlike other hotels in the area. 7-10 min walk to fountain square. Special shout out to my friends Seymour and Elgun at the reception for helping us out and having extensive discussions. Special mention for the breakfast party who made sure everything went well and to the housekeeping ladies who were always ready to provide additional supplies. Thank you to all the staff for their hospitality Love from Pakistan
A very nice hotel to stay. My 5 night stay was very comfortable with staff being very polite and cooperative. They need to improve their breakfast as the Menu was not very lavish. Location is very practical not very far from Nizami Street.
The hotel is ok but service in general is not great. We reached at 2.45pm and waited until 3.30pm for the room to be ready. At breakfast first day they asked us to move to a small table for a family to move to our table (bigger one) when there was a man alone in a much bigger table. Clean is also ok but one day they did not even removed the hair from the floor. Regarding take away breakfast, we asked them for boiled eggs and they said they were not ready at 7.45am (when breakfast started at 8am that day).
