Sapphire Resort

We’re just coming to the end of an amazing holiday with our family — there were 9 of us in total — and we couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Everything has been excellent: the rooms, the service, and the location all deserve a full 5 out of 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the staff have been consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying meals at the restaurants, or spending time at the beach, we always felt well looked after. Special thanks to Akram Samy and Emad Mustafa at the poolside, who went above and beyond to take care of all 9 of us and made our days by the pool truly enjoyable. At the rooftop terrace, Mustafa Amin gave us a wonderful dining experience that the whole family appreciated. The service at all of the restaurants has been excellent — the staff have been warm, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. (We’ll be adding more names shortly to give them the credit they deserve!) The pool itself is spacious and a great place to relax, with top-notch drink service throughout the day. The beach is also beautiful, clean, and very enjoyable. Food-wise, we’ve been impressed with the variety and quality across all the restaurants — everything we tried was delicious. Most of all, we felt genuinely welcomed as a family throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional—staff were always friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety to choose from, catering to all tastes and preferences. The entertainment program was fantastic—so engaging and fun for everyone in the family. My kids absolutely loved the kids’ club! The activities were always interesting and kept them entertained throughout the day. They had so much fun, and it really made our vacation memorable. I had an amazing stay at Serry Beach Resort! The service was top-notch—staff were always friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, which made a big difference in our comfort. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. The views from the resort are stunning, especially at sunset—just breathtaking! There’s always something to do, from beach activities and water sports to relaxing by the pool. The kids club was a fantastic bonus—our children had so much fun with the well-organized games and caring staff, giving us a chance to unwind as well. Overall, everything at Serry Beach was perfect. I highly recommend it for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy a clean, beautiful, and well-managed resort with plenty of activities for all ages.
