Key pick up and drop off with the agent was easy. Ok it wasn't possible for our 4WD to manoeuvre into the allocated garage however we were able to unload it through the garage before parking it downstairs. The unit was ideal for us - we invited friends up for an overnight stay. 2 BR 2 bathroom with a full laundry and it really had everything we needed. There was some traffic noise BUT we did sleep in the comfortable bed with a window open. The views from the balcony at dawn are spectacular and you can see seals, rays and pelicans with ease from it. Dining table seats 6, couches in the lounge/dining area are comfortable. Location is perfect with an easy walk to a range of restaurants and a pub.
