We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were generally friendly, especially the two security personnel who stood out for their kindness and enthusiasm. They went out of their way to assist us, even running around to help us find our parking spot. It was clear they genuinely enjoy their work, which added a positive touch to our experience. The reception service was acceptable, though communication could be improved. It would have been more convenient if the staff were able to speak or understand English more proficiently. One challenge we faced was the room temperature. Although we set the thermostat to 20°C, the room remained quite warm. Upon inquiry, we were informed that this is standard practice in Hokkaido during May to maintain warmth due to the cold weather outside. Unfortunately, this made the room feel stuffy and uncomfortable due to the lack of airflow. Aside from this issue, everything else met our expectations. I would recommend this accommodation for those who are not particular about having a cooler room environment or adjustable air conditioning.

The room is clean and spacious. We love the blackout curtain being truly a blackout and the eco-friendly initiative to reduce disposable toothbrush amenities. Located near a beautiful stream and a quiet zone. It's a 15 min walk from the hotel to the centre, but the free shuttle bus is very convenient.

Nice hotel with warm service and great access to the subway. There's a really great view of the Sapporo TV Tower and the nearby area is pretty quiet. It is close to convenience stores and is very reliable. Strongly recommend.
