Sapporo Prince Hotel

Good rooms and comfortable beds. We live are high floor rooms. Breakfast is good and nutritious. We also took the shuttle bus to- and from- airport.

Room is big . Unique building design too. Bathtub is nice.The soap and shampoo smell good. Location far from Susukino and about 1,5 km from Tanukikoji. Need to walk long or use taxi to go to area with some shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good, live their food quality. There are konbinin across the street of the hotel and inside the hotel

The exterior of the hotel looks grand but the interior is disappointing. The only good thing is the multi charger provided in the room and their breakfast which has better spread than cross. Both hotels staffs were friendly. The toilet though clean was pretty old. We found out that the bed was supported by plastic boxes (under the bed) and the room was super small.. it is so difficult to pack or unpack luggages… room is not sound proof, we could hear neighbouring rooms’ guests talking when they returned or were going out and when they open and close their room doors, we could feel little vibration in ours. When we flush the toilet, we can feel the vibration on the tiles . . Car park is yen6400 where cross hotel 1500 whole day. Given the above experiences, The prince hotel’s rating seems unacceptable for me and my family. I cannot accept that this is a 5 star hotel , I will rate it 3 if I am allowed to judge.
