Saraca Hotel Lucknow

We had a birthday celebration at Saraca’s restaurant. The service and food was very good, and they were kind enough to celebrate the birthday by providing a cake. Everything we ordered was tasty — the pizza, veg lasagna, and even the apple crumble pie. Was pleasantly surprised and would happily come back. :)

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Saracca, and I must commend the establishment for its elegant ambiance, refined menu, and overall exceptional service. A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Sujoy, whose professionalism and attentiveness greatly enhanced our experience. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to ensure that all our requirements were met seamlessly. His assistance played a significant role in making our visit truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend Saracca to anyone seeking a high-quality dining experience backed by excellent service.

The hotel is perfectly comfortable and clean, but the staff and their hospitality is what makes this a great place. I had lunch at 1936 restaurant where Suraj and Pramod took very good care of me. Also, a special mention to Satyam who made sure that the food I was served for dinner was exactly according to my spice tolerance which is essentially zero, so many many thanks to him! Strongly recommend!
