Saraca Resort & Spa Corbett

This resort is pure bliss and never disappoints us ever. Had the pleasure twice to stay in this resort, the standards have been maintained and shall say raised from the erstwhile Lebua that I stayed with family couple of years back. Fascinating property, built within the jungle is an abode to peaceful and heaven like setting for the thirsty city souls. First reception is approx. 2 km before the actual resort to park your car safely until you have a 4x4 and long for an off roaring experience. Once you reach, the staff takes good care of you and is extremely attentive. Rooms are slick and span, swimming pool gives the vibe of an infinity pool within the jungle. Restaurant “Azark” becomes your staple to go for meals and the chef takes pain to churn out some delectable local and international dishes during your stay. Other activities viz. Horse riding, cycling track, night patrol, bonfire on demand and activity area for kids are available at defined timings during the day. You are also treated to on the house “high-tea” every evening as well. All in all, this will be our go-to relax point for years now and highly recommend others to experience their hospitality. We have visited Saraca for third time and it never disappoints. Their whole team make you feel like family and a home. Food is amazing, a true five star experience where you can enjoy slow living, great views in the midst of wildlife and nature. I am not over the experience I had, looking forward to visit soon again.

I had a very disappointing stay at Saraca. The hospitality and management were extremely poor. Simple requests like wine glasses or bathroom slippers were denied, and they were not courteous enough to provide even basic amenities for kids. Every time we asked for something, the response was simply “no”. I expected much better service and care since I was visiting here for the 4th time but sadly this time it was a terrible experience.
