Everything was excellent overall. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The room was beautiful with a super comfortable bed, and the food at the hotel was solid. The only reason I gave one less star is because of a new rule that does not allow guests to order food from outside the hotel, which felt a bit limiting. Also, the massage was just okay and felt below average considering the price, especially after I switched my masseuse. Still, I would definitely recommend staying here for the amazing service and gorgeous rooms.

The service at the hotel was genuinely heartwarming and exceptional, the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. However, the room was quite small, and the breakfast menu offered limited vegetarian options. Got a live cockroach in the menu card, which strongly indicates the need for a thorough deep cleaning of the kitchen and related areas that guests typically do not have access to. I share this feedback in the hope that management takes immediate action to ensure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at the highest standards.
