Dear Aru Initially, I was disappointed when I entered the hotel because the facilities were not as expected based on tourism websites and apps. However, after seeing your dedication and hard work, my experience completely changed. Your commitment to your job, the way you handle every situation, and your late-night efforts truly impressed me. I have never seen such exceptional work ethic and professionalism before. I tested your patience multiple times, yet you always handled every situation with grace and success. We chose the hotel because the pool but unfortunately it was not functioning for the week due to maintenance. The room is nice and cozy as expected. The circumstance did not give us reason to be disappointed. Moreso, We still enjoyed our stay because of the warmth and hospitality of the staffs. Miss Aru is really incredible. She’s a big help for us and extending so much support. I love the serene vibe of this hotel. Just really relaxing. Also very accessible to everything. Easy transport as it’s near to bus stops. Just a request, maybe they can install bidet in the toilet.
