Sarang Palace A Luxury Boutique Hotel

We had a great stay in Hotel Sarang. We are 10 of us from Malaysia. Hotel was clean, spacious, unique with beautiful interior design.Staffs were helpful & efficient especially Mr. Deepak. Foods were delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.

I booked Hotel Sarang Palace based on its positive online ratings, but unfortunately, those reviews seem completely misleading or fake. My experience was nothing short of disgusting. We had to wait nearly an hour for check-in, and even then, the staff did not provide our room keys promptly. They were rude, unhelpful, and extremely unprofessional throughout our stay. To make matters worse, they did not allow our guests to visit us in our room, which was very disappointing and inconvenient. Basic services like room service were also a nightmare – I had to call at least five times to follow up on a single order. This hotel does not live up to its advertised standards at all. I had paid 25k including gst for 2 rooms but the rooms were entirely different as compared to what is shown in the photos. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place and not fall for the manipulated reviews.

Worst hotel experience i ever had. We booked a room with extra bedding and the staff was not ready to provide extra towel or water bottle for the third person. They were adamant in providing only 2 towels or bottles or other. The staff was quite rude and mad us wait for an hour during checkin. The rooms says premier room with the views outside and there is nothing outside windows too dirty, hence dont fall for fake pictures they have provided. When we asked for service and customer support, they asked us to add customer reviews but they didnt helped and talked with a lot of attitude. Ac in one of the rooms we booked was leaking. Just a horrible experience. and the washrooms smelled horrible. There was hair everywhere and the AC didn’t work.
