We have been long-term occupants at Saray Hotel in Musheireb and have had a wonderful experience. The staff are diligent, professional, and always punctual in their service. The gym is clean and well-maintained, and the hotel is perfect for families and kids, offering a safe and welcoming environment. Located in a convenient and secure area, it’s an excellent choice for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!
Arrived exactly on the check in time and waited in the lobby for 25 min to 30 min as the room is not ready then when the reservation employee pass me the check in papers it said the time of check in 2 pm while it is almost 4 pm anyhow I have signed it not a big deal. The same employee tells me the pool time from 7 to 7 and when we went with the kids it closed and open from 8 to 7. In reality these are small things but overall its okay
Every time they have given awesome housekeeping service. But this time of long stay during Ramadan we found housekeeping service very late. If they work on this then rest is awesome.
