Saraya Corniche Hotel

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, this made the stay really amazing. The room was nice and big - I was with my family. The restaurant at the hotel served very nice food. We got some nice grilled chicken and rice at like 2am. There is a play room for kids on the same floor as breakfast. The location is really good with many. mosques close by, and also close to the souq waqif, and the islamic museum, as well as the old docks. I wont say I did not like it, but there are 2 clubs in this hotel. It did not affect my stay at all, but I think its good for you to know this if this is something that will bother you. We were at the hotel over a weekend so it was busy, but was not an inconvenience. In fact the security gaurds let the hotel guests into a different lift, that was nice.

Extremely disappointed with my stay at Saraya Corniche Hotel. The room was dirty, with hair left in the shower and grime all around the bathroom (see photo). The shower didn’t even work properly barely any pressure and pipes leaking along with other issues. The entire room smelled wet, musty and moldy, making it really unpleasant to stay in. To make things worse, the manager was not helpful at all. When I raised these concerns, I was met with indifference and no real solution. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, this was a major letdown. I would never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.
