My stay at Saraya Palace Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. I especially want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Ahmed at the reception — a gentleman with a genuine smile, warm hospitality, and a heart full of kindness. He treated me not just as a guest, but as a valued friend, always ready to help with sincerity and respect. His professional yet caring attitude turned my stay into a memorable experience. People like Mr. Ahmed are rare to find, and he is truly the pride of Saraya Palace Hotel. I will always remember his courtesy and will gladly return here ag

Hotel staff are very accommodating and try their best. They were by far the most pleasant part of the hotel. However, rooms are cleaned on demand not daily. Quality of towels was subpar. Parking space is very narrow however if you inform staff they can reserve a parking lot out front for you. My mini fridge was not working and was not replaced nor fixed despite my insistence over a few months ( had to use it to keep medication cold). Staff offered a fix through other methods bless their hearts, however it was quite inconvenient for my long stay. View was quite nice and location is near to many tourist areas. Pool area in the rooftop is good. Window seals aren’t properly done which caused dust to pile up in the room although the window was shut completely.

A very poor hotel for tourists. I booked through Booking.com for six nights. I arrived the first night and couldn't even shower because the water wasn't working properly. They only had scalding hot water, but the employee said it would be ready within an hour. The next morning, we were told it could take two days, so I immediately told them I was leaving. They deducted €60 for one night, even though they didn't honestly admit upon arrival that the pipes weren't working properly, a problem that often occurs. You can also see from the reviews that the hotel is terrible. They only offer an omelet for breakfast.
