By virtue of circumstances we given this hotel until we could get a flight back to the UK. It was a gem. It wasn't the best location, very urban and residential area, but it was safe. The staff at the hotel were very professional and accomplished. Attentive without being intrusive, supportive and very helpful. A gem of an hotel which we were lucky to have been allocated thank you for your help and support.
Goid value. Used their electric bikes for free to ride into centro. That was great feature
No cot in our room when we had agreed via messages on our booking that there would be one ready for us. When we asked Reception they shrugged and said we would have to use the bed. Our baby had never slept in a bed before. This is unacceptable when I have proof of the hotel agreeing to provide a cot. All that has been offered is 50% off our next stay. We definitely do not want to stay again! The rooms were small and there was not even a water bottle provided. Location is quite ropey. Definitely not 4* quality.
