Sari Pacifica Hotel Resort & Spa Lang Tengah

Very beautiful island with great scenery White sands and clear waters. You can swim with the fishes and see baby sharks. Resort is quite dated and old. But service is good. Kitchen food is delicious.

overpriced hotel for the services! almost 2500RM for 2 nights in a room for 4 people... I know we are on an island and everything costs more... but this is theft! if I had paid half as much, I would not have said anything.. but here, I let you look at the photos. this is unacceptable! I do not recommend coming to this hotel at all, unless you have great discounts.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL!! A very TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE and TRAUMATIC experience for a holiday, my friend and I stayed one night and we have no choice but to forfeit the package and shifted over to Summer Bay Resort. This hotel is not what it described in their website. Their facilities is horribly run down, so dirty every where. Toilet: the bathroom shower water flow has such low pressure that cant even bathe, toilet unable to flush due to low pressure too, rusty jacuzzi, the floor is disgustingly dirty. There is a gap between the toilet floor and room floor, i was so scared that some insects/animals etc underneath would enter our room. Room: The room is so dusty. The furniture like tables, chairs in the room was decaying and moldy. The plug point socket was so dangerous that it comes off when I tried to remove my charger. Wardrobe appeared to be broken and moldy. The fridge is so gross that it is full with stains. The bed linen is so dirty, dusty, i wonder if there is bed bugs because i have itchiness after lay in bed. Difficulty in locking the room door because the key was rusty. Facilities: The swimming pool filled with algae. Upon asking more activities such as spa massage, the staffs claimed the massager went for holiday. Requested for kayak, the staff mentioned that their kayak was broken. And also the hotel will cut off electric supply everyday 10am-12pm. I advised do not waste money staying in this hotel. These are the real photos that i took from the hotel, do not trust what they shown in website. The staffs don't even care about our complaints. It does not even deserve any Single Star.
