Sarikamis Kayi Snow Otel

We are just delighted with our holiday and stay. We booked an all inclusive package😬; including breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea time, the ski pass, and the use of the hamam and pool facilities. The hotel met all of our expectations; clean, comfortable, transfer from the hotel and back, unlimited ski pass for all cable cars each day of our stay. Access to the ski slope and cable cars was also directly near/in front of the hotel. The facilities are great, in the common room, there is space for having tea and deserts and also table tennis and football, and a pool table, which we of course took great advantage of 😃🙌🏾. As for the food, you definitely will not stay hungry, it’s buffet style, there’s a wide variety of food available; snacks, fruits, and desert too. You can also order an omelet for breakfast! Last but not least, the staff were great and wildly pleasant, they were ready to help at any minute. I highly recommend staying here!

Hotel is very clean, staff were very friendly, warmly welcomer and helpful; especially Hakan Bey helped us a lot and asked all the time that everything is okay or not, we felt home warm with this amazing people. Food is also very delicious and service is always on the top point. Hotel has lots of traditional and different dining areas with fireplace, very authentic environment I can say. Also for fun, billiard table, table tennis areas also exist. Further; location of hotel is very good to, it is very close to ski areas. It was our first time to stay at here but obviously not the last time :) we are looking forward to come here again!

Next to the ski lifts. Meals are ok. Rooms are enough heated in winter. Staff in the restaurants are very good and taking care of Covid'19 precautions. But except the restaurants the precautions of Covid'19 are not enough. Ski rental room is ok but they have to invest in the new skis.
