Sarikonak Boutique & SPA Hotel

I was travelling from Istanbul to trabzon by car so I stopped at this hotel in the middle of the road to stay overnight, I booked family room with king bed and sofa bed,when I arrived I found that the room is well prepared and the sofa bed was set up with linen and blanket for the kids. On the return trip from trabzon to Istanbul I booked the same room but they upgraded my booking with presidential room which was really fantastic and awesome. I really appreciate their concern. Nice staff and very welcoming. The hotel is very classic and well cleaned with river view. Highly recommended.

A very interesting 300 year old house that was equipped for self catering. The host was kind but the house in general could be tidier. The house was well situated and within walking distance of safranbolu .

Our family stayed in hotel one night in December. We booked this hotel because of great pictures of SPA area.. when we arrived we learned that SPA (swimming pool) is not working.. water has been drained from the pool. The whole purpose of booking this most expensive hotel in Amasya was so children can enjoy swimming pool.. we have complained to manager at the desk, who informed us that because of pool not functioning we have a discount. Normally one night at the hotel costs 170 euro, but we were asked to pay 140 euro. Amasya has loads of nice hotels which offer bed and breakfast for 50-60 euro.. and this is exactly what we got at Sari Konak hotel for 140 euro. Overpriced !! Rooms are clean, breakfast is average.. GYM has good machines and free weights, but again cold and purely maintained, with bad lighting and no personnel that takes care of you as a guest.. May be during the summer months they provide better service, but December (off season) this hotel was a disappointment .. 3 star
