Beautiful pool, Beautiful room, the best breakfast, good service and good location💝
This place is truly amazing, a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. The staff are incredibly accommodating, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and at ease from the moment they arrive. The journey to get here may seem a bit daunting, especially for first-time visitors, as the path leading in is veiled in darkness. However, once you step inside, you are greeted by warmth and hospitality that instantly dispel any initial apprehensions. Located in close proximity to Aeon2 and the airport, convenience is definitely a noteworthy feature of this place. Whether you are a frequent traveler seeking a restful retreat near your point of departure, or a local looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, this location caters to a diverse array of needs.
Earlier today I was accused of not reading the reviews. So maybe I should leave one for others to see since all the reviews are so great here. My partner and I tried to check in to this hotel. We booked a room that looked beautiful in pictures but as they showed us the room it was a totally different one. The booked room had windows and the kitchen area would have a direct access to the pool while the room we got didn’t even have windows in the first place and it was a totally different look. We saw that room that we liked but we were told it was already used by other people who also booked it and happened to check in before us and therefore was impossible to change. Later on the receptionist Benie was trying to convince us in a very disrespectful and teasing way that it’s all our fault that we didn’t request the room with specific pictures and we should have done more research and NOT blindly rely on the pictures that they provided (???). I’d not recommend anyone to stay in that hotel since you cannot expect to get what you pay for. The pictures don’t represent the reality and the receptionist doesn’t even try to resolve the issue but simply say it’s all our fault for booking the room that doesn’t match the picture. I hope the management of the hotel will take all the necessary measures to fix picture related issues and have the right conversation with Benie on what is acceptable and what is not. Insane
