During my stay at Sarissa Hotel, I found the experience to be overall satisfactory. The breakfast provided was enjoyable, offering a variety of options to choose from. However, one drawback was the noise level on the lower floors, which detracted from the overall tranquility of the stay. Additionally, it was disappointing to find that the pool was not operational during my visit. Despite these issues, the hotel's amenities and services were not too bad, and I appreciated the efforts of the staff to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!. NOT RECOMMEND First room smell like smoking area,they changed us for room without electricity,next was good but inside bathroom smell like a cesspool. Hotel looks like never refresh from new. We were on February,room was very cold!
I stayed in this hotel on the 23 June 2024. I came at 15:30 pm and the room was not ready, and then they forgot that I was waiting for a room in the hall, they didn't even apologize. They only have travelers because of Mindi Center and I will definitely not choose this hotel next time. They are very irresponsible. The facilities are at the level of a 2-star hotel and it does not even have a toothbrush.
