Sarot Termal Park Resort & Spa Halal Hotel

It's very nice to be surrounded by nature. The timeshare rooms could be better maintained, but I can't say it's bad. Access to everything from the timeshare is excellent, with well-maintained walking paths. It's like a separate city underground. I recommend going, but go for at least four nights and five days :) otherwise, you won't understand anything.

This is a hotel we choose for vacation and frequently visit. But I haven't been satisfied with any of my recent visits. The indifference and dismissive responses, especially from the public relations staff, are unbearable. They can't even resolve a simple issue and then dismiss us. If you want to waste your money, come here. There's no phone signal in the lobby, and even the supposed guest Wi-Fi is useless. The cloth they provide, called duvets, that demand a thousand proofs of their existence, are truly pathetic. There are numerous flaws, but no one bothers to fix them.
