The resort is beautiful, and its facilities are lovely. Lunch was very good, but the variety was somewhat limited. Breakfast was very poor, with few options and poorly cooked food. Worst of all, there was no coffee available; we had to buy it from an outside store, which doesn't open until 9:30 AM. The cleanliness was average; there was a lot of dust causing allergies and constant sneezing. On the first night, the suite I booked was infested with ants, making it impossible for me to sleep. However, they changed my suite the next night. In summary, we enjoyed the experience, but it could have been better.

New Suites with large space and good facilities. The lighting design is very bad not matched with luxurious building especially in lobby. Service is not professional at all and it needs for professional system and additional staff. Breakfast area is very busy with almost no operation staff. It needs for suitable organizing to feed the number of clients using it and the dishes are alot but not studied to make suitable breakfast meals. It need for professional chief and dinning manager
