Sarp Hotel

When I arrived at this hotel with my mum. The receptionist staff was very polite and helpful, they showed us to our rooms and complimented us with bottle water. Also beach towels were available. The room was very clean and tidy with all essentials with in. The towels were changed every day as the room was cleaned to a high standard every day. The chef was a nice man and always said hello, the day and night bar staff were very polite and couldn’t do enough for you. Every member of staff always smiled and said hello. It was a nice relaxing holiday and the location was very good as there were shops and bars just outside, within walk distance. I would recommend to anyone as I really enjoyed my time spent there. 5 star for you all. Thank you all for the fantastic time me and my mum had at your hotel.

Really impressed with the friendliness of the staff. They’re all very helpful. The hotel feels cosy and it’s great for our little family. It’s walking distance away from Land of Legends and the local restaurants and shops. We definitely want to come back.

Great location for us to walk to land of legends. Rooms.are very clean but the communal areas are not. Even the tables at breakfast needed a good wipe. Breakfast wasn't great either but we are British / Australian. But the selection is small and drinks are bad. And again dirty, the knife and fork holder, things like this need a good clean. For us it was a good two nights quick stay overall, staff are nice but I would not recommend for a vacation. Left things in the room and it was safe. All there when we got back.
