Sarıtaş Hotel All Inclusive

We recently stayed at Saritas Hotel in Alanya and overall had a pleasant experience. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the staff was consistently polite and helpful throughout our stay. The location is definitely one of the hotel’s strong points—right in front of the beach and well-connected to the city centre, making it ideal for families. The hotel was always clean and well-maintained. The food was of good average quality, but we found it quite inconvenient that there were no labels or tags on the various dishes. This made it difficult to understand what was being served, especially for guests with dietary preferences or restrictions. We did encounter a leakage issue in our room. While we weren’t offered a different room, the staff responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. One major downside was the lack of clarity regarding the “All Inclusive” service. Many things that are typically included were actually considered extras, which was disappointing and confusing. We’d like to give special recognition to one of the bar staff members—always dressed in black with long hair tied in a bun—who consistently provided excellent service. He truly stood out and made a difference in our experience. Overall, it was a nice stay with a few areas that could be improved.

Honestly, this hotel was a total disaster. The food was actually disgusting. We couldn’t eat any of it. It smelled bad, looked worse, and tasted even worse. We ended up eating out most of the time. Huge shoutout to Orange Grove Bar because their food was amazing and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. The air con in our room didn’t work at all. When we tried to complain, the staff suddenly acted like they couldn’t speak English. They were also so rude. While we were eating, they were pointing at us, laughing, and just making us feel super uncomfortable. A staff member literally sold my beach towel! There was no beach bar, and even cocktails, juices, and Turkish coffee weren’t included. So what exactly was all-inclusive meant to cover? The water slide only worked for about ten minutes a day. Entertainment happened once a week and was really not worth waiting for. There were never any sunbeds available. The ones that were free were stuck under this huge cover so you couldn’t even sunbathe unless you dragged them all the way to the edge of the pool. The staff constantly stared and glared at us which just made the whole experience even worse. What really annoyed me is how obvious it is that they post fake five-star reviews in bursts. You can literally tell they are trying to hide how bad the hotel actually is. It just makes the whole thing feel like a scam. This place is not a four-star hotel. Not even close. Do not waste your money or your time. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM OF A HOTEL!

There is probably about 1 friendly bar staff throughout the full hotel, everyone else is rude and unprofessional. We paid for 2 double rooms and was told that we only get one room because of over booking! The room looked like a hostel and a jail bed probably would have been better, then they gave us compensation which is free WiFi which didn’t work anyway. The entertainment at night is non, they just play music until 11pm the food SHOCKING unless you are bulking then you’ll be eating chicken and rice for lunch and dinner, because they literally don’t have anything else and for breakfast you get the left over chicken and rice and then an omelette if your feeling fancy. Overall wouldn’t return there but I would return to Analya.
