This place surpassed my expectations. It is luxurious, but not uncomfortable. There are many spa options available. The staff is so friendly and attentive and it made you feel so welcome. The pool is pristine with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. You can purchase beverages and snacks poolside, and there is an array of seating and sunning options. The evening brings dinner where you can dine on the terrace and watch the sun set into the hills. Our room was very clean and comfortable and included a nice terrace for relaxing, along with a view! Breakfast was very generous. I wished that we could have spent more time here as we were passing through to see the hot springs. Highly recommended!
This place was amazing! The welcome we received was excellent. The team was really helpful, kind, polite and friendly,a mean all of them. If you are looking to recharge yourself,I recommend this gem. one thing, you need a car to got around.
We have been travailing around Italy for three weeks and usually 3 or 4 nights a week we spend in a hotel. When I contacted them the staff could not have been more helpful when I asked about parking etc for camper an. When we turned up all I can say is wow. Very impressive hotel and view and again staff fantastic. Room was all good overlooking the pool and valley. OK we had the cheap room without a balcony but was told there was none left so no worries we happy with what was available at last minute. Booked a table for dinner as we discussed staying for more nights if available as we watched the thunderstorm travel through the valley. Went to reception to ask how to get to restaurant without having to go out in heavy rain and lady was very helpful to show us the secret path through the stock rooms or whatever. I will say dinner was not bad but it wasn't good either is the best I can compliment it. Not to be negative but that was the point we decided not to stay longer as we didn't want to eat there again. I would rather provide the details privately to the manager if they wanted. So after dinner we get back to the room and it is a hot 26 degrees and very humid. No air con, got to reception and told it is not turned on as it's not season yet. Open window and spend the night either soaked in sweat or being eaten....... Not a choice that works for me so all in all I'm glad we moved on after a very basic breakfast without toaster or pancake machine working so cold meat and a slice of bread it was. I know this is a European thing but non service dogs at tables in a reseraunt is something I will never agree with.
