I booked two nights here very last minute and it was still very reasonably priced. Simple, clean room and bathroom, good breakfasts, super helpful receptionists. On Friday night there was some street noise, but it was a small price to pay for a balcony room!

Very disappointing experience. The first room I was given was not clean, so I asked for a different one—only to find that the second room was even worse. There were hairs everywhere, including on the bed and in the bathroom, and the general cleanliness was unacceptable. For a hotel that presents itself as a higher standard, this was far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless cleanliness improves significantly.

Room size great, we had a suite booked. Lady at the reception has no customer service experience, manners whatsoever and rolling eyes at customer is not the attitude you want to show. After issues we had and expressed with our room it was not solved at all and rather rude, so it felt like it was our fault. Director or manager of the hotel was not a nicest lady either, but I guess we all have bad days. Outdated and way too expensive for service received. The only good thing was location, everything else is not worth your money.
