Friendly staff and very welcoming. The hotel requires a short bus ride to visit the town. There was a large group having a late dinner above us on the 12th floor, so we had a hard time settling down because of the coffee machine noise. Nice place to stay.
Extremely disappointing stay — would never return My experience at this hotel was awful. There is a nightclub or disco very close by, and every single night loud music could be heard until very late. It was absolutely impossible to sleep. We asked the hotel to move us to a quieter room, but our request was ignored. No apology, no compensation — nothing. What’s worse, the hotel clearly knows this is a constant problem. They are fully aware of the noise issues, yet they choose not to disclose any of this on their booking page. This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable and shows a total disregard for guests’ well-being. I want to warn anyone considering this place: unless you’re planning to party all night and don’t mind unbearable noise, avoid this hotel. It’s not a place to rest, relax, or enjoy your holiday. Also, the hotel is located quite far from the city center. You’ll need a taxi or public transport to get anywhere. Much better options are available — I strongly recommend booking elsewhere. I truly regret staying at this hotel and strongly advise others not to make the same mistake.
If you want to sleep on a disco, come to this hotel. I’m staying on Aug, 2nd. It’s midnight and the noise is amaizing. From what they told me in the front desk, there is an outdoors disco with a random schedule. I can hear and feel the noise (incredible bass) from my room. You pay for a hotel to sleep. If you can’t guarantee that, you’d better tell your guests in advance.
