First off, the hotel room made a pretty decent first impression – it was clean and tidy, so no complaints there. There was a plug socket by the bed, but only on one side, which was a bit of a faff. The location isn’t exactly top-notch, but there’s a handy little shop right next door and a hotel restaurant where, to be fair, the food was absolutely yummy. Parking’s sorted too – you can leave your car right at the hotel, which is always a bonus. The reception staff were lovely, proper friendly and helpful. Now, the pool area was the real highlight for us. There’s a massive pool for a proper swim, a kids’ pool to keep the little ones happy, and even a jacuzzi pool with water massages – proper luxury, that. All in all, we had a right good stay and wouldn’t mind coming back!

5/10! Couple Australia 🇦🇺 Honest review from an Australian couple who stayed in this hotel for 15 nights! The hotel Staff are probably the most unfriendliest staff we have come across in 18 years travelling 🧳 South east asia! Asked us on a few occasions can we help you while we were standing in reception, we replied we are staying at this hotel , absolutely unbelievable, they are always on their phone! 😡 😠 😤! Checked in and room was not ready until 2:30pm, upon check in room was dirty so we asked for this to be cleaned again! The cleaner who is probably the laziest cleaner we have come across was not happy! Hotel staff don't talk with you and security guards just go on their phones 24/07. We continuously seen the cleaners sat down on there phones, who is the manager of this hotel like seriously?! Ask reception 3 times to change money for a taxi and they said no i have to purchase a drink and then they will change money 😢! The hotel pool is lovely and very relaxing , Jacuzzi is now when working , rooms are ok , little dated , furniture is old and aircon is ok not cold and not hot. Bed is comfortable, so are the pillows! The most friendliest guy was the head chef 🧑‍🍳 who was always saying hello 👋 and good morning , it's thailand everybody should be happy! Constant doors slamming early hours of the morning, hard to get a good sleep in this hotel with zero staff interactions! Would we stay here again , probably not due to above reasons , we stayed here as at the time in december when we booked it was 40% cheaper than most of the other hotels! ✔️ Hotel Pool 9/10 (beautiful) ✔️ Security guards 3/10. Always on phone playing games! ✔️ Reception 3/10 got better as the weeks went on! I believe somebody from head office had a meeting with these guys as attitudes changed! ✔️ Location 8/10 out the way which is what we wanted and quiet! ✔️ Cleaners 4/10 pretty lazy and unfriendly! Well this hotel…….. Noisiest hotel ever,doors slamming all hours people have no respect at all. Staff extremely rude,the rudest I’ve ever come across in all my years of Traveling, No greetings,No Smiles,always on there phones. No interaction with there guests at all to even 1 day looking at books in lobby to be asked can I help you? Where are you staying? Been staying here 4 days already and have no clue because heads are burried in phones 🙄 Pool is lovely but run down with weeds everywhere Slightly run down hotel very dated Cleaning is not up to standard,upon check into our room we asked to be cleaned again… black hairs on floor,toothpaste all over mirror,soap ect.. still left in shower, cleaner was fuming with us and shoved us out of room even though it’s her job to be clean in first place 🥴🥴🥴🥴 Location great 👍 that’s about all
